I’ve bought a Flying car ride from Henan Dinis and i’ve got an industrial waste.

I opened a dispute at Alibaba and here you can read my last letters with Zoe Alibaba Trade Dispute Meditation Department!

If the seat is only loose during transportation, normal maintenance can solve the problem. Instead of simply requesting a refund of 5,000USD.If you can't provide the repair details and costs,we will have no choice but to close the dispute. I hope you understand this. THERE IS NO ANY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS! THERE IS A NORMAL EU ELECTRIC CIRCUIT! BUT THERE IS NO ANY ELECTRICAL GROUNDING ON THE MACHINE BUT IT IS OBLIGATORY. SELLER HAS TO KNOW THIS IF THEY HAVE CE CERTIFICATE AND SELLS MACHINES TO EU. IN PRESENT THE MACHINE IS DEADLY DANGEROUS.

I'm repeating seller’s 2023-11-13 22:38:08 words: "we do not know what standard with Europe, but we have CE" and with CE certificate we sale many rides to Europe countries.”

If i would know this before i would have never order nothing from the Henan Dinis.

SO SELLER ADMITS THEY DO NOT KNOW EU RULES but produce and sale machines all over EU. I think seller has bought their CE certification in the Henan market. Because this text will be my "rewiev" to Alibaba i summarise my story: I have bought a Flying car ride from Henan Dinis Enterprice Ltd. I choosed them according to Alibaba platform. We had a long Whatsapp talking and and i trusted them that i would get a good quality machine.

I asked them that they have CE certificate? They sent me CE document. I belived that is real.

Henan Dinis sent me a control film about the ready machine but that machine was no my machine. I did not know this that time so a accepted the machine and i transfered the total amount.

When the machine arrived we found a lots of problem and i made maybe 100 pictures wich is can be viewed here:

Finally Alibaba Trade Dispute Meditation Department saved the seller and said only two problems. Alibaba ignored every other lots of problem and finally established that i am the responsible.

Now i have a Flying car which never will fly because it is an industrial garbage or i repair the lots of problem for lots of money.

I see that you do not want to answer.

During i waited your answer i found evidences why do not you send me operating manual and electric wiring diagram.

More other Chinese firm send me these and in the manual the engineer has written why is necessary the electric grounding to the Flying car ride. Because without this you could die!! The electricity kills you if there is no grounding.

If your firm has really CE certification you have to know this!!

I do not have to know this but you have to know this.

I've bought the Flying car ride from you because you told me you have CE certificationa.

There are three possibilities:

1: Your firm does not have real CE certification.

2: Your firm has CE certification but does not know the rules.

3: You know the rules but you do not use them.

IN THIS CASE YOUR FIRM IS A KILLER!!!
